DUE 6/1: Maker Faire Detroit seeks TEACHERS/STUDENTS participants

Dear Maker Faire Detroit Makers and Educators,

Planning for the 2nd Annual Maker Faire Detroit has begun and we are excited to bring Maker Faire back to Detroit in 2011 with the support of our partners from Make Magazine.

Our "Call for Makers” is now open for Maker Faire Detroit!

The application process is easy, and if you or your students are interested in participating as a maker, we encourage you to apply today. The call to makers is open through June 1st, 2011. More information and the application can be found at: http://makerfaire.com/detroit/2011/callformakers/

We look forward to receiving your application and encourage you to spread the word to other Makers and educators in your community. In the spirit of "Creative Energy" (our theme for Maker Faire Detroit 2011), we are looking for Makers, especially those with projects in:

  • And more……

Thanks in advance for your help in spreading the word!

And, be sure to visit Maker Faire Detroit on Facebook [http://www.facebook.com/MakerFaireDetroit] and become a fan!
