DUE 7/17! Railroad themed art contest, Chicago-Kalamazoo-Saginaw Railfans

The Chicago-Kalamazoo-Saginaw Railfans will sponsor an art contest in conjunction with their CK&S-Railfan Festival on July 17th, 2010. The event is open to anyone 18 and older. Participants should bring their artwork and easel or other display materials to Delton Township Park, located on Orchard Street behind the Township Hall, at noon on July 17th. Entries should feature a railroad theme from the 1880s to 1940s ( the period during which the CK&S operated) and can be of any medium including oil, charcoal, sculpture, etc. Winners will be announced at 2 P.M.
