The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington D.C. has put together an amazing FREE online resource at ArtsManager.org, I just joined up in order to gain access to their Resource Center and learn from other arts managers around the country:

What a great tool! In a time when organizations are being forced to do more with less this site provides resources, job postings and even more important a chance for networking.
In today's world we need to be smarter about understanding what our colleagues are doing in other areas of the state and/or country. Whether it be programs they are running or connecting the two organizations it is through partnerships that we will continue to succeed.
